yoursite.com/generate.php?action=setup once to get your secret. Hotel data syncs via Firebase Firestore — no local database needed.

Firebase Firestore
All hotel data is stored in Firebase Firestore under
hotels/{slug}/ collections.
Data is isolated by Firestore security rules — staff can only access their own hotel. Firebase config is automatically baked into each hotel's PMS on generation.
